(EN) According to the statement sent to the media outlet W Magazine, by the Department of National Defense, on March 14, 2024:
«Portugal will support Ukraine with 100 million euros for large-caliber artillery ammunition. This is a joint ammunition acquisition program led by Czechia, to which Portugal is associated, along with several European countries.
This initiative aims to quickly deliver the largest possible quantity of ammunition of different calibers, in particular 155mm. The use of these munitions on the battlefield has reached extremely high levels, which makes it vital and urgent for Ukraine to obtain additional munitions to respond to Russia's continued and more intense attacks.
In view of the commitment made by Portugal to support the defense of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, in accordance with internationally recognized borders, and in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and international law, the Council of Ministers today approved a resolution authorizing expenditure for this purpose, up to a maximum amount of 100 million euros.
The support now provided through this joint initiative adds to the military support that National Defense has been giving to Ukraine since the first hour of the invasion by Russia, including:- A set of Leopard 2A6 combat vehicles;- More than 40 M113 armored personnel carriers and medicalized versions of these vehicles;- Artillery ammunition and light ammunition;- Howitzers and various weapons;- High-speed vessels and unmanned aerial systems;- Medical and sanitary material, as well as communications material;- Generators for the production of electrical energy;- Clothing, uniforms and individual combat equipment; etc."

This is a big part of society where we live on the globe.
Unconscious, brushing against the psychopath. Disconnected from the interior, they aspire to superficialities. They live the I of the other. They want to be like celebrities (from the world of music, films, TV, be a bullshit Influencer and attract likes and Follows on the Internet). His ambition is based on a perfect world within these false images and stereotypes. They become unhappy because they compare themselves with this fictitious, manufactured perfection of reality. Having a lot of money is everything.
For me it's not everything but it's essential to have some quality of life.
However, apparently, the money in the world comes from the economy of ammunition that kills humans.
How many millions in armaments has the entire world, including all countries, invested in armaments? What about environmental sustainability?
What's the point of a COP28 if the priority continues to be buying weapons and killing humans, instead of preserving the land and the oceans?
Nobody remembers that without health on the planet, there is no life.
However, no matter how little was done and happened, it was worth a lot, as all the meetings to combat global warming warned about changing mentalities. At a global level, agreements never thought of before were opened. They were also meetings of peace and fraternity between various peoples of the world.

Segundo o comunicado enviado, ao órgão de comunicação social W Magazine, pelo Departamento de Defesa Nacional, a 14 de março 2024:
«Portugal vai apoiar a Ucrânia com 100 milhões de euros para munições de artilharia de grande calibre. Trata-se de um programa de aquisição conjunta de munições liderado pela Chéquia, ao qual Portugal se associa, a par de vários países europeus.
Com esta iniciativa pretende-se entregar rapidamente a maior quantidade possível de munições de diversos calibres, em particular de 155mm. A utilização destas munições no campo de batalha atingiu níveis extremamente elevados, que tornam vital e urgente para a Ucrânia obter munições adicionais para responder aos ataques continuados e mais intensos da Rússia.
Atendendo ao compromisso assumido por Portugal de apoiar a defesa da soberania e a integridade territorial da Ucrânia, de acordo com as fronteiras reconhecidas internacionalmente, e em conformidade com a Carta das Nações Unidas e o direito internacional, o Conselho de Ministros aprovou hoje uma resolução autorizando a despesa para este fim, até ao montante máximo de 100 milhões de euros.
O apoio agora prestado através desta iniciativa conjunta soma-se ao apoio militar que a Defesa Nacional vem dando à Ucrânia desde a primeira hora da invasão pela Rússia, de que se destaca:
- Um conjunto de carros de combate Leopard 2A6;
- Mais de 40 blindados de transporte de pessoal M113 e versões medicalizadas destas viaturas;
- Munições de artilharia e munições ligeiras;
- Obuses e diverso armamento;
- Embarcações de alta velocidade e sistemas aéreos não tripulados;
- Material médico e sanitário, bem como material de comunicações;
- Geradores para produção de energia elétrica;
- Vestuário, fardamento e equipamento individual de combate; etc.»
No documento é salientado o objetivo de entregar rapidamente à Ucrânia munições de 155mm.
O apoio à Ucrânia foi reforçado por Portugal dando 100 milhões de euros para munições de artilharia.
Estamos no caminho da paz no mundo?
Os conflitos imperam não só na Ucrânia e na Rússia, mas existem um pouco por todo lado. Só na faixa de Gaza estão a morrer pessoas à fome. Sem condições. Sem acesso à saúde. É solicitada ajuda humanitária. Mas nunca é suficiente para ajudar todos.
Continua a haver compra de armamento para defender vários locais no mundo.
O investimento global continua num sentido bem perverso, o de exterminar a humanidade.
Ucranianos e Russos não tem culpa das políticas internacionais, são vítimas da ganância de uma minoria com poder.
Humanos onde a diplomacia e o diálogo deveriam imperar nos relacionamentos e proteger a espécie, matam humanos por negócios e territórios. Por dinheiro. Poder.
Pessoas que se acham superiores às leis da natureza, porque tem dinheiro, agem como animais primitivos, sem inteligência, poluem e destroem a vida de todos os seres vivos. Atiram bombas e munições potentes em inocentes, como se um jogo de morte se tratasse.
Talvez pudessem colocar Robots na frente de batalha em vez de pessoas reais com vida e família. Já que utilizam inteligência artificial para perseguir indivíduos e entidades.
Outros comunicados anteriores vindos da Europa, dos EUA, da NATO tinham chegado à redação com anúncio de apoio de milhões em armas.
Salientam, que mesmo assim não será suficiente....
E o sangue continua a ser derramado pelo mundo?
Será que não existe consenso possível para acabar com as guerras no mundo?
Ganância. Estamos a constatar que o lucro global vem da produção de armas.
Já pensei em montar uma empresa de munições para ficar multimilionária.
Mas depois o que fazia com o dinheiro se tudo estava morto à minha volta?
Onde iria gastar os meus milhões?
Que investimento é na realidade dado à economia sustentável ou proteção aos negócios inovadores, seja em Portugal ou na Europa?
Fazemos um alerta, ninguém vê? Ninguém ajuda. Ninguém quer saber?
Roubar o que é dos outros e destruir por inveja é mais fácil do que reconhecer o mérito de quem faz alguma coisinha pelo planeta. E dar o devido ressarcimento.
Onde está a proteção às pessoas que trabalham e aos negócios com pegada ecológica?
Existem Direitos Humanos? Na realidade não são aplicados corretamente.
Que condições iguais são essas? Num país onde afirmam ser um Estado democrático, mas que atua como uma ditadura encoberta.
Qual o caminho da paz se as pessoas se veem forçadas a fazer e estar sem querer.
Um dos problemas mundiais é continuarem a massacrar humanos nas guerras. Sejam Ucranianos, Russos, Palestinianos, Israelitas ou em outros países no mundo. Crianças inocentes não tem a ver com o conflito. São torturadas e mortas.
Qual o futuro da humanidade?
Nascer e crescer num ambiente de guerra?
Viver num caos em destroços da artilharia?
Brincar com armas reais em vez de brinquedos?
Assistir a mortes? Perder a família inteira? Serem violados? Ou morrem de fome ou com doenças?
Eu estou longe dos conflitos. Construo com o meu trabalho e faço por ter um planeta melhor. Informo para a paz. Tento educar e ajudar todos a serem mais saudáveis.
Agora o planeta é habitado por todos.
E o que você faz pela sua saúde e a de todos?
Pelo planeta?
Cada um faz pela sua saúde o que pode. E pela de todos? «Como não conhece todos, não faz nada. O que faz pela saúde do planeta? Nada. Não sou astronauta»
Existe um ditado antigo que diz: «fazer bem e não olhar a quem». É tão antigo que ninguém se lembra.
Vivemos num mundo de egoístas.
Na generalidade fazem todos o mínimo dos mínimos pelos outros seres vivos. Sejam pessoas, animais ou planeta. Ou é para encherem o ego e dizer a todos que fizeram algo. Publicam na internet e gabam-se. Ou é porque estão doentes e veem a sua saúde ameaçada. Então fazem algo de forma a receberem algo em troca. Sentem-se melhor.
É a lei do prazer imediato. Como uma droga. Aliviam a dor rapidamente, no momento. E não se lembram que isso lhe pode custar bem caro.
Valores se perdem. Não só joias e ouro. Mas o bem mais precioso que tens. A vida.
Esta é uma grande parte da sociedade onde vivemos no globo.
Inconscientes, a roçar o psicopata. Desligados do interior, ambicionam superficialidades. Vivem o Eu do outro. Querem ser como os famosos (do mundo da música, dos filmes, da TV, ser Influencer da treta e cativar likes e Follows na Internet). A ambição que tem é baseada num mundo perfeito dentro dessas falsas imagens e estereótipos. Ficam infelizes porque se comparam com essa perfeição fictícia fabricada da realidade. Ter muito dinheiro é tudo.
Para mim não é tudo mas é essencial para ter qualidade de vida.
No entanto, pelos vistos, o dinheiro no mundo vem da economia das munições que matam humanos.
Quantos milhões em armamento investiu o mundo inteiro, incluindo todos os países, em armamento? E em sustentabilidade ambiental?
De que vale uma COP28 se a prioridade continua em comprar armas e matar humanos, em vez de preservar a terra, os oceanos?
Ninguém se lembra que sem saúde no planeta, não existe vida.
Contudo, por muito pouco que se fizesse e acontecesse, vale muito, pois todas as reuniões no sentido de minimizar os efeitos do aquecimento global, alertaram para a mudança de mentalidades. A nível global abriram acordos nunca antes pensados. Foram encontros igualmente de paz e fraternidade entre vários povos do mundo. (...)
